Shipping

Most orders are created and shipped within 2-5 business days to US customers. If you experience any issues once you receive your order, you have 15 days to submit a claim. We do not accept returns due to change of mind, fit issues, or style preferences. For returns or exchanges, please contact us first at info@socalbasics.com, as all returns require authorization.

Order Processing
All orders are carefully crafted and fulfilled within 2-5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships

Shipping
We offer standard shipping for $5, regardless of order size. Delivery time is 3-4 business days after fulfillment and items ship via standard courier service.

Delivery Information
All orders are shipped from a fulfillment center in the United States. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Incorrect or insufficient addresses may result in returned packages. Unclaimed packages will be returned to our facility

Returns

We offer 14 day returns, with the expectation that item(s) have not been worn and are and in good condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost of $6, which will be deducted from the refund.

We only accept returns for damaged or defective items. We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Fit or size issues
  • Style preferences
  • Minor color variations (within normal printing standards)
  • Buyer's remorse

Damaged or Defective Items
Please email info@socalbasics.com if you've received misprinted, damaged, or defective items. Requests must be submitted within 14 days of receipt of clothing. Please include photos of the damaged/defective items with your email. Approved claims will be replaced at our expense.

Lost Packages
Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 15 days of the estimated delivery date. Please contact us with your order number to initiate a lost package investigation.

Non-Returnable Items
Items worn, washed, or damaged by customer use cannot be returned.

Address Issues
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address entered during your order submission, you may be responsible for reshipment costs. Please double-check your shipping information at checkout

Unclaimed Packages
Packages unclaimed from the courier will be returned to our facility. Reshipment fees may apply for unclaimed packages. Unclaimed returns may be donated to charity after 30 days
