SHIPPING & Returns

Most orders are created and shipped within 2-5 business days to US customers. If you experience any issues once you receive your order, you have 15 days to submit a claim. We do not accept returns due to change of mind, fit issues, or style preferences. For returns or exchanges, please contact us first as all returns require authorization.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Incorrect or insufficient addresses may result in returned packages

  • Unclaimed packages will be returned to our facility

Returns POLICY

We only accept returns for damaged or defective items. We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Fit or size issues

  • Style preferences

  • Minor color variations (within normal printing standards)

  • Buyer's remorse

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Please email returns@socalbasics.com to make a claim for misprinted, damaged, or defective items.

  • Requests must be submitted within 15 days of receipt of clothing.

  • Please include photos of the damaged/defective items with your claim.

  • Approved claims will be replaced at our expense

Lost Packages

  • Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 15 days of the estimated delivery date

  • Please contact us with your order number to initiate a lost package investigation

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items worn, washed, or damaged by customer use cannot be returned.

Address Issues

Wrong Address

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address entered during your order submission, you may be responsible for reshipment costs

  • Please double-check your shipping information at checkout

Unclaimed Packages

  • Packages unclaimed from the courier will be returned to our facility

  • Reshipment fees may apply for unclaimed packages

  • Unclaimed returns may be donated to charity after 30 days
